    I typically have a decreased eating window of 6-8 hrs. It is unintentional, but once my adjusted to this lifestyle I no longer wanted breakfast. I eat lunch an dinner. If I have a hard workout I might have a piece of cheese, 1 egg, or a handful of nuts after that but never a meal before lunch unless I am starving which rarely happens. I notice hunger in the morning primarily when I have made non-primal choices within the past few days.

    I had a horrible experience with IF (both 16:8 and 14:10). Cravings were massive, felt gross after every meal, depression, insomnia, stress was out of control, negative relationship with food....

    There are women that swear by it, but it just wasn't for me.

    I do so much better eating Whole 30 style.

    I do a 14-hour fast/10-hour feed on weekdays (window is noon to 10:00 p.m.) because I prefer to eat later in the day. On a deficit it makes it easier for me to control my feelings of hunger. Experiment with it and do what works best for you.
