New to this group and glad I found it.

I'm new to this group and glad i found it. I've been on MFP for about 2 weeks and was beginning to think it was ONLY for people who needed to lose 50-100lbs. I would actually like to gain about 5-10lbs, of solid muscle, of course. I'm always interested to know what others are doing as far as different workouts, supplements, and diets so any friend requests are welcomed.

    Welcome to MB buddy. The admin has been mia for like 3 months but there's still a few of us that log around here. Good luck with your goals.

    Edit: There is also a bodybuilding sub forum here on mfp that has a lot of action. I am not a member over there though.
