I just did day two and did the advance workout...boy I sure did feel the burn in my arms!!! Going to add cardio tonight for good measure! Doing my best to kill fatty!!!0

Great workout today. 3 sets of 15 swimmer presses, 2 sets of 15 wood chops, 3 sets of 21’s, 2 sets of 15 lawnmowers.
Also 3 miles on the treadmill, and 20 minutes of weight machines.

This is the most I have ever enjoyed the burn! I am definitely feeling the difference under all the flab
I got some of the lifeguards at our pool in on this too and today I could tell they were all sore!! Die Fatty!0 -

I thought I was gonna die yesterday doing those Burpees! But I am so proud of myself for getting them done! They may not have been pretty, burn I did them!

Remember Either Tomorrow or Sunday need to be a rest day for you! Let your body re-coop! Next week its on! We're really going to start tearing it up! 3 days a week there will be some type of weight training (soup cans, whatever you have) and cardio everyday! The pure cardio days get ready! We're stepping it up! You are really going to see just how far you can push your body. I promise its farther than you think! So break it up if you have to!0

However, have been at an outdoor activity centre so have not been slacking!!!0 -

1 minute bear walk, 100 Jumping Jacks, 50 Crunches, 25 Split Squats, 3 mile slow walk, 20 minutes beginner pilates dvd
I figure I'll do my rest day on a weekday. Usually work gets in the way at least one day a week, and weekends I have more time to work out.0 -

Ugh, the past 2 days have been tough for me. I have not been motivated at all. I MADE myself do it yesterday but still have yet today. I have today or tomorrow as my off day and tomorrow will look so much better if I can just get up and Go!!

Did Day 4 Advanced w/modifications. Walked 6.4 miles...did 120 squats! It was a good day. Might take tomorrow off. Must shop!0

I am finally caught up! I am having trouble however finding good calories to add while avoiding over doing other nutrients....any advice?0

My body is demanding a rest day today! I have to move pellets for our pellet stove today, so I think that will be enough exercise for me!
Next rest day - might be Valentines day - we'll see. If I can fit in exercise after dinner on Valentine's day, I'll do it! Going to be eating more than usual, so I'll need it.0 -
