Hey!
It’s my first week doing Turbofire, apart from being at points confused (I'm sure I'll pick it up!) I am absolutely loving it!
One question, was anyone else really sore?? It's my first rest day today and my calves are really tight. I think I’m going to do a stretch DVD tonight – hopefully that will help!

Yes, I was super sore and tight when I started (I'm only on week 3). I still feel tight whenever I do the core and toning workouts. A good stretch always helps. The 40 min stretch workout does wonders to my muscles.0

I have Fire 30 and Stretch 10 tomorrow morning so I'm going to get a good stretch in tonight!
