Week of February 4th Challenge

Hi Everyone!

Welcome back to another weekly challenge!! We are continuing on a conservative pace to account for new members so everyone should be able to get on board.

Let's get things moving!

This week's goal:

135 minutes of cardio
5 days in the green (staying under in calories)
8 cups of water 5 days
2 servings of fruits and vegetables 5 days
For a bonus ** Try an exercise you've never done before or haven't done recently for one of your workouts. For example if you are a walker try a stationary bike or a Zumba class. If you love Zumba try a kickboxing or elliptical. Anything you'd like!


If you are new jump right in! We report our results on this strain every Sunday night to be included on the leader board for the following week.

    Hurray!!! another week!

    We are doing a biggest loser challenge at work, with small teams. It's kind of fun and motivating for me. I love competition!

    Hello all---I was having a GREAT week till I hit the weekend! I went out to eat twice, and made the mistake of telling my dear husband that I wanted a chocolate chip cookie "as big as my head"----he made me one, and a batch of normal sized ones too--egads!

    SOOOO, back at it this week!

    I tried Tae Bo---didnt like it. Tried the Leslie Sansone--LOVED IT! I will add that to my repetoire!

    Anyone else have favorite workout dvd's???

    6 cups of water 5 days
    2 servings of fruits and vegetables 2 days (this one is always a hard one..and no excuses but store is always out of my juice..lol) started grabbing whatcan when i go so i have it on hand...

    didnt try anything new this week tho. the cleaning i counted consisted of moving objects and rearranging 3 rooms!
