**** SORRY I guess the subject line was from my other post. My apologies.
Hi my name is Laura. New to this group and looking forward to being a support to others and vice versa. I was diagnosed with fibro in 2009. Due to being bipolar/ADHD and sensitive to medications, I could not tolerate any of the new medications out there for fibro. In fact, I don't really have much of a treatment regimen. I live in Southern California and work in Northern California, so I travel a lot to keep up with my family and work. Hopefully by summer, my family and I will have moved to the Bay Area permanently and I can begin to look for a consistent doctor to address my fibro. In the meantime, I am dealing with a broken foot that I have in a boot. AND to make matters worse, I was in a car accident last night. I hurt all over this morning. I have faith I will be ok with some slowing down. In the meantime, I am addressing my fibro by changing my eating. I have Candida and lot of the same foods that trigger the Candida actually trigger the fibro also.
I do light yoga stretching to avoid atrophy of the muscles and this has been good for me. Well, I'm glad to be a part of this group and look forward to meeting you all.
