Hi!
So I'm sorry if this is awkward and I'll take it down if I have to, but does anyone know how your period length is affected by working out? Mine are always a week, sometimes a week and a day, so anything I can do to make them shorter I'd be a happy camper!

The length & severity differs from person to person. There really isn't much you can do to change it without being on medication / hormones. When I was on the pill I'd skip 1 pill out of the week & then have 3 pills for the last week trying to make my period shorter. I've been on NuvaRing for a few years & there's enough medication to leave it in for the last week & skip my period, so I only have it like once every 4-5 months.0
