How do you track your calorie burn for various workouts?

I'm into Phase 2 of Body Revolution and did Work Out 5 for the first time this morning.

So far I have been counting the 30 minute work outs as high impact aerobics as I'm not entirely sure how else to note it. Anyone figure out a better way? I just want to try to get as close to the "right" calorie burn as possible.

    Now that I have a HRM I'd say "circuit training, general" is the closest but still under what I actually burn for phases 1 and 2.
