Visualization and manifesting a healthy body

Some years ago, while playing with the idea of manifesting desires directly into my reality, I started the "mass hypnosis diet". I didn't change my eating habits, but I regularly affirmed that people were coming up to me and remarking about how great I look now that I've lost some weight.

Sure enough, it started happening every day. I hadn't lost a pound, but I was the only one who knew that.

So, now that I'm really fat (not like I was when I tried the mass hypnosis diet - which was perhaps 10-15 pounds over), I'm starting to employ the visualization diet.

Is there anyone else here who uses techniques as described in The Seth Material, Law of Attraction, The Secret, etc?

    I tell my body that I no longer need the extra fat and that it is ok to let it go.

    I am just about to the end of the book by Dwayne Dyer... Intention. He speaks to this issue... that we are perfect just the way we are and that to proceed and maximize our lives we need to keep our messages to ourselves positive and filled with gratitude. The way you are projecting yourself as you described goes right along with what he teaches... To project what we want to be true. Does that make sense??? I like what you said and I can tell you are beautiful and perfect just as you are. :smile:

    I visualize and manifest myself as comfortable in my own skin and glowing and happy, and in turn I see the changes in my body keep happening. :smile:
  • I no longer stress about what I eat. Instead I just give myself permission to eat when I am hungry and if it isn't something that is the best I always thank it for nourishing my body. The pounds have fallen off my body now that I eat without any stress. <3
