Breakfast or any meal - what's everyone eating?

Quaker old fashioned oatmeal cooked in water, added 2 tbs milled flaxseed 1/4 cup 2% organic milk, 1 tbsp dark be sugar, and of course 2 cups of water to drink. Calorie total 361 and it was filling.

    I need chocolate so, it's Special K, chocolate (double serving), with 1/2 cup skim milk. Cup of coffee with 2 oz of International Delights Almond Joy creamer. The chocolate is a sickness, I'm telling ya!

    (had the same thing for lunch)

    I always start my day with "egg whites in a basket". Line a muffin tin with a slice of ham, break an egg into it (or in my case an egg white). Bake at 415 degrees for 15 minutes. I make two and start my morning with 65 calories and 7 grams of protein.
