Howdy? I am 45 pounds overweight and never thought I would let myself go as I did. Why since I have no one to look good for-that’s my excuse to continue my downhill eating. But eating feels good, ya know? Anyhoo, help me out of this trap please and I will help you too!

Over 50 and Single
I thought I'd start this out of frustration because I'm not getting any motivation at home or on this web site. Perhaps if a few of us can get together on here and help each other out, it would be helpful. Hope it works. Kind of my last gasp for help with motivation though I'll not stop trying to lose weight.

Breakfast or any meal - what's everyone eating?
Quaker old fashioned oatmeal cooked in water, added 2 tbs milled flaxseed 1/4 cup 2% organic milk, 1 tbsp dark be sugar, and of course 2 cups of water to drink. Calorie total 361 and it was filling.

How did you get through the Holiday?
How did everyone do over Easter? I did better than I anticipated throughout the weekend. There was a little chocolate that made it in to my snacks, but it didn't throw me off track too much. Back on track this morning.
Too Much Protein, Not Enough Calories
Most days I don't eat enough calories and my protein is always a negative number. Anyone else have this problem or any suggestions as to what I can do. I work shift work so sometimes I have larger meal at lunch and just salad at dinner time as I only have 20min. for lunch break. Do we mainly try to get in our required…
