How did everyone do over Easter? I did better than I anticipated throughout the weekend. There was a little chocolate that made it in to my snacks, but it didn't throw me off track too much. Back on track this morning.
Most days I don't eat enough calories and my protein is always a negative number. Anyone else have this problem or any suggestions as to what I can do.
