When I started--last Sat.--and saw how few calories I would be allowed compared to what I was consuming on a regular basis, I was really scared that I would not be 'satisfied'--which might lead to a binge time in the evenings.

However, I have been pleasantly surprised to see that I can make these meal plans very satisfying and still stay in my limit. In fact, the two days that I did have a further snack (passed my calorie limit), I went to bed feeling over-full. Of course that was how I felt most days before starting this.

It's a very nice feeling NOT feeling stuffed, but instead, satisfied. :)
