Macro for Maintenance

I followed the In Place of a Roadmap philosophy and now reached my goal weight. My macros were set to 40 carb/ 30 fat/ 30 protein. I did post this in that group but have gotten no responses.
Does anyone have a specific set of macros, or followed 40/30/30 and stayed there for maintenance.

I don't know the answer but your other thread now has an answer. Congratulations!0

I tried to stay at 40/30/30 during my weight loss and have left the values at that while maintaining (have been maintaining for 9 months). I probably end up eating way more carbs that I should, but 40/30/30 seems to be fine with my body. I've never thought about changing it during maintenance. I'd be curious of what others thought...great question!0

Good question! I had mine set to 40/30/30 during weight loss and have kept them the same at maintenance. For me, I guess I had it set that way to preserve as much muscle as I could while loosing and now that I'm maintaining and still working on lifting, I want to continue the higher level of protein. However, I honestly haven't put a lot of thought into it, and would love to hear what others are doing; especially those looking to increase muscle/strength.0

For those who are doing the 40/30/30, how easy are you finding it to get enough protein?
I didn't focus on macros at all during weight loss, but now that I'm trying to build strength I'm trying to get more protein in my diet. I normally get something more like 40/40/20.0 -
I use protein powder, plain no fat greek yogurt, and egg whites to help balance out my macros. I think my diary is still open to the public. This past month (or more) hasn't been the best as far as processed foods and sugar but I keep plugging away.0

I'm 40c/35p/25f...I don't always hit them, but I always get in more than 100 g of protein. I'm focusing now (as it sounds like lots of us are!) on strength training now that I'm maintaining my weight. I also run 2-3 times a week and I really feel better with the extra carbs.0
