OK, so I learned how to enter foods into the "My Foods" list. I like that. But now I can't figure out how to take one of those foods and add it to my daily food plan--unless it's one I've used before. I thought the My Foods list would be great for entering foods I will use in the future--from around my house and from recipes.--and then be able to access them easily. Was I wrong to assume this? If so, what is the "My Foods" list for exactly? THANKS

    once you add it you just search for it like you do other foods from the database.I hope this helps

    I did see that, but then found another possible problem. sigh I put a LOT of foods on the list, yet only a few are showing when I punch it in now. Maybe I did something wrong the first time. Will try again. THANKS

    Make sure you are adding them and saving them.The buttons are confusing.It takes time.good luck
