Last night I ended up losing almost $200 at Target when it fell out of my clutch at some point :( I made 5 boxes of macaroni and cheese for my boyfriend to take to school with him and I stood over the pot and ate some forkfulls but I was able to stop myself :) The macaroni was good ( I haven't had that forever!) but I stopped. I actually probably needed some other calories so it end up ok. I didn't end up binging into a depression (well it was bad enough losing the money) and today will be day 5 binge free and I think I can do it!

I am going to try to be positive while I can. The weekends are usually tough but I think I can make it thru the weekend..... Small steps hopefully to make a big difference. Sometimes you can't change until you are really ready, I hope this is my time to be ready!
