What's up, fellas? Just wanted to do my weekly check-in. I had a good week on the regiment and it paid dividends. Actually, this week was very much like the previous week but I watched my sodium closer this week. My sodium was over 2,500 mg per day for my last check-in. It averaged 1,600 per day this check-in. I also worked out 4 out of the last 7 days. As a result, I dropped 1.6 pounds since last week and I am at 60% of my goal. I'll take that.

However, as I am looking at myself, I might actually change my goal weight to between 160 and 162. I will need to see how I look once I get to 165. All and all, I am very happy with my progress. I might reward myself with another ribeye steak this weekend. In case you haven't noticed, I love a good steak. Ha!
