Upped my calories last week

So against my instincts I upped my calories by 100 per day last week.

The result? Another 1 1/2 lbs lost!!!

    Congrats!!

    I only started losing once I upped my calories by about 120 per day. Now I pay attention to not letting myself net below 1250, and aim to net 1320. My BMR is 1180.

    Thanks. I'd previously been at 1500 and was eating some but not all of my exercise calories. Gone up to 1600 now and will give myself a few weeks to settle in to this level before upping again by another 100

    Congrats! Slowly working your way up makes it easier to get the hang of maintenance for sure.
