Upped my calories last week

So against my instincts I upped my calories by 100 per day last week.
The result? Another 1 1/2 lbs lost!!!

I only started losing once I upped my calories by about 120 per day. Now I pay attention to not letting myself net below 1250, and aim to net 1320. My BMR is 1180.0 -
Thanks. I'd previously been at 1500 and was eating some but not all of my exercise calories. Gone up to 1600 now and will give myself a few weeks to settle in to this level before upping again by another 1000
