Done, but had to use lower weights today, i have a few aches and pains from swimming yestreday, but still did it so im pleased with that ...... last day of level 1 tomorrow !!!!!

Done day 9. Had a hard time getting through it this morning. Well, harder than I thought Day 9 would be. I'm thinking my body needs a rest day. I haven't seen much improvement in the last few days. Still deciding whether to stick with level 1 for a bit longer or if I should give level 2 a try. Hmmmmmmmmm.....0

Maybe you could try level 2 and if it's way too hard do level 1. I don't think that I will ever master the side lunges and shoulder raises.....they kill me every time.....and I mean every time!!!0

Just wanted to check in, didn't do 30 DS today just walked on treadmill for 50 min. Not quitting just having problem with my knees. I'm cutting down 30DS to 4x a week and walking 2x a week. Hoping this helps.0

Yes, listen to your body. I had to cut out the weights for a day because my elbow was bothering me. Just keep moving in someway and be proud of yourself!0
