activity level?

alright so here's another silly one for you all. it appears that i should not trust my polar ft7 for long term use (i figured as much but wanted to see what it said, sounded right at the time 128/hour average waking time) there are soooo many variances for what activity level is. the consensus seems to be that scooby is a relatively accurate calorie guide/calculator.

here's the question: what activity level would i be, assuming that i don't do workouts?

i am a stay at home mom with a very active (almost) 3 yr old, seriously she's 3'3" and less than 35lbs of rippling muscle! she motivates me! who's favourite games are fast paced action stuff! so far i've been using my hrm and eating back exercise cals. since it varies soo much i don't want it tagged into regular daily amounts, i can burn anywhere from nothing extra, to 500 cals burned extra depending on what the extra activity for the day is.
with up'ing my cals i have stopped logging in regular walks etc, but will still log for solid walks like pushing the stroller or carrying my girl in the ergo backpack, extra stuff you know?!

as mentioned hrm showed average 128/hour cal burn doing no extra, just regular play, cleaning, cooking, etc. based on the numbers it gave me and the numbers i've seen i'm anywhere from light to moderate.
ps. 33yr old 164lbs 5'5" female with pcos (thyroid and insulin retention).

feeling better, looking better but still just trying to figure it out. i don't want to get to my happy stunning body and look back and wonder how the heck i did it! not productive to maintenance!
thanks!!

Better activity calculator here. Actually, there are several out there, this just puts it in with best estimates of everything I could find and confirm in studies.

Those 5 level TDEE tables are based on study from 1919, and not really good. Besides, is 1 hr walking the same as 1 hr lifting the same as 1 hr running the same as 1 hr with kids?

And what does your mom activity do to the level and then what happens with exercise?

okay so having some issues with getting access to this. i'm using a mac with an older version of excel. don't have google. will play with this and see what i can workout. thanks for the hardwork on it! and the response!

update: so google account is up, spreadsheet is working, THANK YOU that's what i've been looking for all this time! happy to report that i think i have been pretty close in my numbers the last month or so! some of the tabs will take more reading from your link but the simple setup and mfp tweak look good so far. set for everyday blah with no extra workouts since that changes daily, hrm can fill in the difference and then eat back those cals, life should be good, hoping to see some movement on the scale/tape measure within the next 4 weeks (next check in)

    THANKS!!
