Have lost 8lbs my first week/feeling better than ever

This has given me a new lease on life and leaves me always feeling like i don't need more food. I love the feeling I get and it seems like such a simple concept. I exercised for 2 hrs today and hardly broke a sweat at 65-75% of max hr. I do have a question as to weather or not people do the cardio everyday or just 4 like the book says. Also I was wondering if there are any good success stories from people on this site lol, I've read most of the from MDA already

    I now love food more than ever.
    I can workout like a machine and not be tied to refeeding a bunch of crap carbs.
    I don't do cardio for the purpose of cardio.
    (I was a spin/step aerobics junkie).
    There are quite often cardio elements in my workout - but that is a side effect of working really f-ing hard.
    I would consider myself a success story - started out grain free trying to reduce inflammation. Ended up going primal - then really full paleo and beyond. I did see weight loss, that became sustainable without any work. But my hormones, energy, attitude bla bla bla - goes on and on.
    I also saw significant increases in my health related to things like cholesterol, immune system. I seriously could evangelize but that would be boring.

    I don't even do the recommended amount and am still losing.

    If I exercise it's because I have the energy and don't have anything better or more fun to do.

    And take measurements of your waist and hips. Weight is not the only thing that matters.

    This past week my weight has only gone down 1 pound but my body is different and clothes are becoming noticeably too big.
