    That is great, I was a little worried about level 2 but I like it even better!!!!!!! I am on Day 15 and have seen a big difference in energy-endurance.....Keep up the great work!

    Today was day 10 for me also. Not sure I'm ready for level2 but will give it a shot and then can always go back to level 1 if it's too much

    I took today as a rest day.i really think my body needed it. I will give level 2 a try tomorrow.
