Turkey Legs

I bought some frozen turkey legs (I think there's 3 in the pkg) a while back, with an idea to cook them in the crock pot. Does anyone have any good ideas for me?

I'm sure you can just throw in a bunch of spices instead of that red curry paste. I think I might try this one day too.

I've done turkey legs in the crock pot, just added salt/pepper, garlic and just a little broth in the bottom so they wouldn't "dry out". They were delish and nowhere near dry!
