Eating....workouts....

I've fallen off the wagon a bit this week. I made a homemade lasagna for tonight. Back on track first thing in the morning. My workouts have been pretty good though.
Does anyone use kettlebells? Or train using Tabata? I can't really find a good tracker to use for calories burned.

    I found a good app for my android phone, it is Calories Burned Calculator. You put in your weight and the activity and it calculates calories burned. Haven't checked to see if it is in the App store on my iPad.

    I have kettlebells but use them as easy-grip weights right now.I need to use them for what they were intended, I guess. I do Tabatas about once a week, but I don't record them as a calorie burn.
