Must have beans in the fridge

Hi all, this is more a tip than a recipe but it works for me. I tend to have an open can of beans i.e. red kidney beans, white butter beans or any other beans, also chick peas in the fridge. When I make something to eat, I usually add a tbs of beans, like with a salad. This way I snack less! Hope it helps. Works for me :blushing:

This is really a great tip. Ups both protein and fiber totals (both of which keep you fuller, longer) for very few calories. I use them a bunch too.0

that's a great tip. i used to use black beans or garbanzos on top of salads as a way to fill up more with less cals. no dressing cause the beans makes it satisfying. glad to see someone else thinks they work for that too.
but i think they can't be in the can. think tupperware is necessary. think can's are some kind of food danger if I recall correctly.0 -
