paleo for weightloss question

What do you like your Fat, protien and carb percents to be? I had read if you keep your carbs low you can loose weight doing paleo. I was wanting to start keeping track to see where I stand with my every day eating. I don't normally pay attention to the carb aspect of my numbers but am gussing I should start. Thanks for the help!

Personally, I run right around 100g of carbs per day. Also, my pie chart that shows up on the mobil version is very consistantly around 65% FAT, 20% protein and 15% carbs. Again, this is what works for ME. It might be different for you.0
