Ud dd numbers

I have been doing IF for a couple weeks now with my dd being 500 cal, this is really hard for me since I am on my feet all day. I figured if I switch to 700/1700 that in 30 days that would average 1200 cal a day. Am I doing this wrong and am I going to miss out on the other fasting benefits?

I don't know if it's relevant but I'm 5'8" and F

    Hi,

    Not a scientist so can't really comment on whether you miss out on other benefits. So far as I can see so long as you have a deficit at the end of the week then you will lose weight.

    I try to stick to 500 on down days but sometime life does not permit so I just make sure that I allow for any extra on other days - pretty much the same as you're suggesting. It's working for me so no reason why it won't for you:smile: Good luck x

    I think you'd be ok - as I recall in the book he says 50-60% will maintain.
