How many workouts did you miss?

Over the course of the program how many workouts did you miss? How much do you think it stalled your progress?
I had a crazy last couple of days and missed the second cardio day and by burn circuit 3 (week 2) day. I'm just starting from there today rather than starting week 3 and will continue on as usual. I know a few days are going to completely de-rail my progress but it is frustrating to know didn't put in my best last week.

I didn't miss any (although I didn't do her yoga thing, I did my own)0 -
I missed 2 days out of the Push phase. One was one of the cardio workouts, and one was a workout I didn't like, ha ha, so I didn't go back and add them on somewhere to make up for it. If it really bothers you, add the workouts you missed to the end of your month, the end of the entire cycle, or if they are short workouts, work one into a scheduled rest day.
I don't think missing those 2 days stalled my progress at all, because I got right back to it instead of taking a huge break, and I stuck to the schedule after that.0 -
If I miss a workout, I either add it in on a rest day or start from where I left off and keep going, sometimes skipping a rest day to get myself back on schedule. I've had some hiccups here in the push month and so I'm behind by about a week, but I'm still going to do it all.0
