Let make this a great week ladies...
Mon: 100 Squats (50 pts.)
Tues: 100 Standing Calf Raises (35 pts.)
Wed: Any exercise using Dumbbells/Barbells (25 pts.)
Thirsty Thur: 10 points for every 8 oz of water you drink!!
Fri: Log your foods and stay in the green on Calories, Carbs and Fats (50 pts.)
Sat: 100 crunches (50 pts.)
Sun: Let's get ready for our mid-point weigh-in (Feb 18th)...earn 50 points for post your weigh-in!!
***You will get an extra 25 pts. for each day you post your Turbo Fire workouts.

Great job Ladies. Happy Valentine's Day!! Let's make it a great day. Don't forget next week is our Mid-Point of Turbo Fire. We have until the end of next week to post our weigh-in photos/measurements. I've decided to do 2 workouts a day from now til then. You may not have lost much weight but lost inches. That's still a great accomplishment!! Don't forget this challenge is not just about losing lbs. So let's go!! We've got calories to burn, weight to lose and inches to shrink!! Love yall so much!!0

Fantastic job Maria. I don't know if I mentioned this to you or not but the challenges can be done on any day unless I specify a particular day. So if you don't get Monday's challenge done on Monday, you still have the rest of the week to get it done.0 -
