How is it going for everyone? Has anyone been successful with the dvd/meal plan? If so, what are your results and please share your success?
For me I lost about 4lbs during the detox phase. I lost the 4lbs by not even following the plan perfectly, so I probably would have lost a lot more had I followed it to the T. I tweaked it and made a few non-meat changes like adding crackers with my soup or veggie chili. I'm going to attempt to do the detox again for a couple of days after eating pretty badly this weekend.
I think the key with anything is consistency so I'm on a journey to try to get more consistent with my eating as this is where I struggle the most. My workouts are fine.. On average I workout 4-6 times a week. As I have noticed you can't get to where you want to be by just working out. It's more about what you eat!

Thats great news !! I did the video at least 4x/week (for 4 weeks) along with other dvds and exercises.. and I dropped 11 lbs.0
