it depends for me. When i'm lifting heavy I'll listen to metalcore or post hardcore, but if i'm jogging or something more slow pace i'll put on a nice trance or house mix.

Lately I've been addicted to the following, thanks to my cardio dance class:

    "End of Time"by Beyonce
"The Call" by Backstreet Boys (don't hate! 90s boy bands are my guilty pleasure! xD)
    "Circus" by Britney Spears

I like to work out to something epic, such as Muse, Queen, or Journey.
My favorite one for running is "Knights of Cydonia".

I love listening To Black Sabbath (Dio era) Signs of the southern Cross and Falling of the edge of the world from the Mob Rules Album. Great for treadmill or heavy bag workouts. Otherwise All Sabbath, Rush and beatles depending on the workout.

90's music Tag Team, L' Trim, Salt & Pepa, Barenaked Ladies, Beastie Boys, , etc. Gets me all kinds of hyped up :)

Rock when I run, Korn, Metallica, Disturbed, I listened to the "Otherwise" album the other day when I was running and knocked an entire minute off my mile. Great stuff!
