I started training last week. My cardio is not great right now! For my workout I walk 5 minutes, run 10 minutes, walk 5 minutes. Then I do 20 mins of weight training (on the circuit machines) and then 10 mins of abs and stretching.
I'm thinking about following the training program that they suggest online.
