Been trying to find an in depth discussion/explanation of what Aragon was getting at with his culking idea. I've searched and read pretty much all I could find on the topic (which didn't go much further than rehashing the few paragraphs where Aragon first brought it up in an interview, followed by a not very enlightening discussion.)
Anyone have any more specific info on this? Did he ever discuss training regime or deficit levels? I get this is pretty much a recomposition, but I'm curious about what Aragon actually had to say on the matter.

He has discussed it in more detail in his research review. It's nothing ground-breaking, it's just a matter of recognizing what the realistic rate of muscle gains are and controlling your rate of weight gain accordingly.0
