I am not sure how much other people manage to eat of this stuff, but I feel like bloated full after about 4 big tablespoons full.
67g of the swisse recovery vanilla flavour
130g weis lemon sorbet
200g presmashed frozen raspberries
2 teaspoons xanthan gum
500mL tap water
The protein powder i noticed as soy lecthin in it - which helps for nice stable foams, and the sorbet has gummy business going on, plus it had been in freezer a while and had a slightly softer than normal texture after I sat it on bench for 5 minutes.
Dumped it all in my food processor with the emulsification disc in place. Took maybe 20 seconds for it to become 2L volume or maybe a bit more. Emulsification disc is great it whips cream to almost butter in about 5 seconds. 520 cal total and I reckon 20 serves at how much I can eat at a go. so 26cal a serve for me to feel bloated full.
