Progress

So i am on week 4 day 2 of Insanity and it was my best & toughest insanity workout so far!! Power Cardio & Resistance on the 1st circuit I kept up with them jump for jump, I did moving push ups & v push ups. I seriously pushed myself each round i may not have been able to do them all for the full minute but i took a breather and carried on the best i could. I felt amazing after!
