Morning Ladies!!

Today's challenge: 15 shoulder raises, 15 bicep curls, 30 situps and 20 lunges. Don't forget to stretch :)

Also, don't forget to send me your weigh in by midnight tonight :)

    Good Morning! Completed challenge. Unfortunately I weighed in at 174.6 i don't know exactly why. Not happy about it. Maybe bloating. Hopefully it will come back off soon. Good luck everyone. Glad we are continuing the challenge.
  • Great job completing the challenge already. Could be bloating or maybe just your body adjusting - have you switched up your eating or workouts at all? You'll lose it quickly, I have no doubt :)
  • I've completed the challenge including a good stretch. I'm going to do another good stretch tonight :)
