So i see the last blog was about 9-10 months ago! ughhh.. Was looking for something more up to date! I recently started the insanity program and feel crappy! I feel so out of shape and was wondering if there are othesr out there that have started it recently as well. This program is tough for me since i havent worked out in ages!
