Hi there,
Quick question, do I go by the total carbs listed on a food label or should I be subtracting the fiber from the total carbs to determine the net carbs? A little confused on this, thanks in advance!

Yes, Subract fiber to get net carbs... So you can actually eat quite a lot of vegetables and leafy greens and stay under 30g net carbohydrates.0

You can also go to settings and add "fiber" as one of the items you want to show in your food diary. That way, myfitnesspal tracks it for you.0
