Net Carbs?

Hi there,

Quick question, do I go by the total carbs listed on a food label or should I be subtracting the fiber from the total carbs to determine the net carbs? A little confused on this, thanks in advance!

    Yes, Subract fiber to get net carbs... So you can actually eat quite a lot of vegetables and leafy greens and stay under 30g net carbohydrates.
  • You can also go to settings and add "fiber" as one of the items you want to show in your food diary. That way, myfitnesspal tracks it for you. :)
