Week 7&8

Hey ladies! How has week 7 been treating you so far? Those double lunges are HARD! I thought it was just a piece of cake but I had to drop weight from the "normal" lunges lol. I am sore from yesterday so I know that is a good thing!
Also, as far as the calories how have you done so far? I am trying to get as close as I can (today being the higher day) but it's been tough! For dinner I packed a salad of 2C spinach, 1/4 cous cous, about 8oz chicken breast (Shredded) and I just couldn't eat it all! I'm definitely NOT trying to keep from eating but I don't know if I will be able to eat the higher # calories all the time. I'm certainly not going to make myself feel stuffed! Are any of you tracking w/ the calorie suggestions?

I'm pretty close today, would have hit it but I missed a snack...are you using your goal weight to calculate?0
