I'm game! I'll use my stair climbing at work and squats for day one- total 25 mins. Up and down four floors a total of seven X 75 steps each way. Doesn't sound like a lot but after 200 squats, I had to take the elevator to get back to my desk! :ohwell:0

Day 1. This challenge is a perfect way for me to get focused and comes at a great time, during Lent. I plan on walking the treadmill for thirty minutes and keep within my calorie range. Increase water intake.0
