3. Attempting to get more steps in on my fitbit again today. We'll see how that goes.
4. Hoping to add in the Brazilian Bum Bum Beachbody workout a few nights a week, but tonight I have a work meeting at 6pm.0 -

This is my Day 1 and I did 50 minutes of Turbo Jam Cardio Party Mix 3. I didn't weigh in this morning, but I did yesterday; guess I can go with that weight...0

Weight lifting ( biceps and triceps) = 50 minutes
Treadmill: 30 minutes tempo run = 3.23 miles PACE 9:17 minutes/ mile
Sit-ups: 5 minutes

I just want to say I LOVE THIS GROUP. This is exactly what I was planning on doing anyways so it's absolutely perfect.
I missed yesterday so I'll catch up.
Day1
I'm getting over a sickness so I took it easy but I say work counts as physical activity because I work at a Hospital and I did a LOT of walking around yesterday.
Day 2
30 minutes of Ripped in 30
Heading to work for 6 hours.
Cleaning the house for 30 minutes including vacuuming and going up and down the stairs doing laundry.0 -

Today ended up being day 2. I packed my running clothes yesterday, but it snowed, and by the time we got home, it was late, and my daughter was sleeping in my workout space. This morning I did the 20 minute workout from Burlesque by Jazzercise, and tonight I'll do NROLFW stage 4, workout B1. Guess I already have to add 2 days!0

This is my Day 2. I did Zumba for Day 1, last night for 1 hour and weight training for 20 minutes after. I will do Zumba again tonight- will check back in tomorrow!!0

Well, my exercise for today was 40 minutes on the elliptical and 40 minutes on the school run.
I chose watermelon and strawberries for a mid-afternoon snack today. Yay me!
And when I went to Marks and Spencers to get my hubby and I a sexy delicious Valentine's meal, I picked up fish courses and strawberries with half-fat cream for pudding rather than the chocolate cups that looked ohhhh sooo good!!! So rather pleased with myself there! We have got a bottle of wine, but I've ensure I've had a very small breakfast and lunch to compensate for what will be a lovely treat.0 -
Wow - really felt my first day of 30 Day Shred working. A good kind of sore this morning! Excited to log my Day 2 exercise.

Did way better on fiber as planned/ water still an issue! work-out today was a cleaning spree incl. washing walls and windows in my dining rm./ hanging new curtains / laundry etc. I know.... sounds so lame after reading what all of you do... Pushes me to do better tho, so glad I'm here.0

So, today was a great Valentine's day and it was a beautiful day in the Bay Area. Today, I walked for an hour and a half with a good friend. Then I walked 30-40 minutes with my partner. Had a great time. God is proud of me today!0
