sucks school closing

well the class i go to is closing the end of the month. but i do have another place to go to. just going to miss the small classes. the school i will be moven to i have gone to before. it is the original school i went to, so it will be kinda like coming home. just havnt done class there since i was in high school back in 97. one good thing.. i will be able take of the purple belt i got last month and put my red belt back on. so on that i wont have to re earn that rank in the school im in now..will be back where i was. just have to bust azz and relearn the other 2 patterns and all the step sparring and such needed for that rank.

It's always sad when a school closes - one in my area is closing it's doors after 10 years, the Instructor there is a former student of my Instructor. Him and his son (who helps run the school) are going to be coming back to train at my Instructor's clubs.
It's a good thing you have another place to train, others aren't so lucky.0 -
yah but not sure how long though ..when i first went there years ago.. the place was packed.. last night.. the adult class had 2 11 year old girls one of which was first night.0

A sign of the times perhaps? My Instructor is trying to get a kids (Tigers) club going at my main club. He's been successful at his other 2 clubs, but this one...we've never had that many kids, whereas the other 2 do have quite a few under 10's.
Time will tell, hopefully you'll be able to continue training regularly0
