Here we go...Day 1

Thank you for setting up this group. It's exactly what I'd like to do to get me into better habits and having you guys behind me will help me do that. I've been on here since early this year and weight loss seems really slow. I've definatley increased my excercise habits but considering they were pretty much zero before i still need to do more. I'm about to do my measurements and then will stay of the scales and away from the tape for the next 40 days. Getting started with Kick-boxing tonight!
