    Amazon sells the dvds individually or the three of them as a combo. check it out.

    Go to Youtube.com and make a search for 30 Day Shred, then a search for No more trouble Zones and then a search for Banish Fat, Boost your Metabolism and save the links to your favorites

    I don't know the answer, but I am feeling your pain.
    I guess that on day 1 you are sore, but day 2 is worse. Due to muscle tearing is how someone put it *yikes*
    Even my legs hurt!
    This should be day 3 for me but I am not sure I should go for it!
    I know pain is gain but still, I don't want to hurt myself! Sheesh!

    Found the whole workout plan on Pinterest and I already had all of the videos so now I have to combine them :)
    Good luck to everyone, make photoes for before after, I made mine too :). Don't forget to measure :D
