Hi everybody: I started Day 1 today and it felt pretty easy as I have great endurance and Level 1 of 30DS has gotten easier for me. I am rocking those push ups. YAY.

I planned to start this a little earlier. My 30DS had a break....(long story but basically VERY sick dog and I had NO time). The DVDs should be here just in time for me to finish my 30DS then I'm starting and I even got myself some 8lb weights for some moves in the 30DS level 1 and 2. Question whats QUICK no more trouble…
