Cardio 2 & Phase 2 vids

I am logging my exercise as high impact aerobics for Cardio 2 & for videos 5, 6, 7 & 8, as circuit training general. Is that sound about right to everyone else?

  • I log it as circuit training general for the cardio - it tends to be somewhat close to what my HRM calculates. The non-cardio portions tend to be less on the HRM than what MFP calculates.
