Grams of Fat.. what's your daily goal?

Hello everyone,
I just started LCHF and I was trying to get a ballpark idea of how much fat I should be eating. I know everyone is going to be different, but I wanted to see whereabouts everyone is?

    I look for my nutrients to be fairly close to this: Fat - 60%, Protein - 30%, Carbs - 10% ..... how many grams of each will depend on how many calories you are trying to eat daily.

    Go in to your goals, choose custom ... then set your calories based on desired weekly weight loss, and set your fat, protein and carbs to desired percentages.

    I do 65% fat 10% carbs and 25% protien.

    I wish I could do that regularly! I aim for 70% + in fat, but usually it's more like 55-60%. I just love meat too much.

    You can't eat too much fat! I try for 70-75% fat.
