Hi everyone

I've just completed day 5 of level 3 and had to do the beginners version all the way through. I've had to have about 4 days off because I hurt my shoulder with all the push-ups. (Either that or the sideways raise on the elbow right at the end).
Strange thing is, it didn't 'go' while I was exercising, it went the next day when I was sitting quietly. It was ok when I got out of bed and then around 11am I realised it felt like Edward Scissorhands had me by the left shoulder and wouldn't let go. I couldn't even raise my arm without crying out.
It still pulls a bit now but I'm desperate to get this finished now I'm so close to the end. I used lighter dumbells tonight too. Don't want to risk further damage!

Keep at it everyone, just go careful!
