Fitbit Help!!!

I just got a fitbit Zip the other day and I want to sync it to two different computers, one at home and one at work since I won't be home before midnight on some days to synce it. I have read it can be done but when I do it it says it will unlink my existing device but can see your full history.. The only other option is to create a new account and pair the new device to that one but you won't see your history from youe existing device in the same account. The other problem I am running into is I work 5p to 5 a some nights and the fitbit clears out the info at midnight. Any ideas?
