Hi all. I'm back after a short time away. I had a work trip last week and had hoped I'd have more of a chance to log on here, but didn't happen that way! Vegas and sales conferences are a deadly mix. LOL The good news is however, that although I didn't log my food (I had no idea where to start when you're eating banquet food) I kept a rough estimate of what I thought things were, and I came back 1/2 lb lighter. Not the biggest loss in a week, but considering it was Vegas, and my workouts were just all the walking I was doing, I was happy.
Today I worked out. 40 minutes of swimming laps.

Today I was too busy. No workout. I try to take one day a week to rest anyways. P90x is kickin my but. I have been sore for 2 weeks straight! (A good sore).

I did 20 minutes of strength training
walked for 50 minutes @ 4 mph
a few minutes of step exercise.0
