hi

1) What's your current intake of calories, on average? This is TOTAL CALORIES EATEN so this would include anything you eat for exercise calories. In other words, how much are you eating?

3) Do you use a food scale and measure everything?

yes

4) Do you track all of your intake, daily? (Everything?)

yes

5) Do you take cheat days or days off?

rarely

6) How much weight have you lost so far?

7) What is your activity like, both exercise and non-exercise? (big difference between a construction worker and a desk job) and did you change that activity withing the last couple of months. If so, what changed.

sahm and home educator so quite sedentary apart from

then dog walk 5 x week, cardio 5 x week

now..dog walk in woods 30 mins 5x week
JM body revolution 4 x week (don't do cardio days as at gym)
Strength training (dumbbell routine) 3 x week
Swimming after lifting 3 x week..increasing laps each time

8) How long have you eaten at your previous amount and what happened in that time frame?

10) If you're stalled, for how long and is it a complete stall (zero change in weight)?

13 months...been losing and gaining same 6lbs

thanks for any input...totally changed my food and routine in the hope of busting through this. cardio doesn't seem to work even tried C25K with no effect. Was planning on giving this new routine 8 weeks before expecting a change...just hoping this will work.

What has happened to your weight in the last 4 weeks?

When did you increase your exercise and include strength training?

    hi

weight has gone up 1lb a week since I changed my routine.

started lifting and eating TDEE-20% 2 1/2 weeks ago

Started a new gym and couldn't face crappy cardio and pissing about with a hrm all the time, a friend helped me figure out 1800 and I am doing this dumbbell routine (swapping out lunges which hurt my knees for dumbbell step-ups) I swim after and have increased from 4 laps to 12

thinking of stronglifts 5 x 5 next in about 6 weeks

    thanks again

So, as you have changed your calorie target and have started a new routine, I would give it a couple more weeks as the change in calories and the possible water weight from the new lifting routine can be masking 'real' weight losses.

I hate to put you off but if you could make sure you keep consistent with your routine and with your tracking and get back to us in about 2 weeks, we will have better data in which to offer suggestions.

Your protein macro is good - try to keep above 110g but up you fats a little so you hit at least 60g.
